Tuition and Scholarships at Women’s University in Africa
Presidential Scholarship The Zimbabwe government sponsors a scholarship scheme towards both local and broad-based students in Zimbabwe (Presidential Scholarship). The scholarship is open to students in Diploma, Bachelor, Masters, and Ph.D. programs currently enrolled at WUA. The scheme covers the student’s full or partial tuition fees and provides subsidized accommodation within the city. Every year the Government offers 1500+ scholarships to students who excel in their studies. Joshua Nkomo Scholarship The scholarships are available to Zimbabwean citizens under the age of 21 at the time of applying. A-level scholarships are for candidates starting Lower 6th and University scholarships are for candidates entering 1st-year undergraduate studies. 70% of the scholarships will be for Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) studies, whilst 30% is reserved for other disciplines.Cost of living at Women’s University in Africa

WUA offers standard accommodation to its learners in the form of apartments. These are furnished with a table, beds, mattresses, chairs, a two-plate electric cooker, a bookshelf, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Students are expected to supply their own bed linens, cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishes. RocApply Tip: Foreign students who would like to stay on campus for their first year must indicate so early enough as the spots are given on a first come first serve basis.
